Everlight Radiology

Overview

Over two years I worked with Everlight Radiology on a continuous body of organisational video and photography — recruitment material, staff profiles, internal communication, training content, and films for major company initiatives. The work was built around understanding the organisation well enough to respond quickly when something was needed, and to produce material that fitted the company's voice rather than imposing one.

A major initiative film combined footage I shot in Sydney with material captured by a filmmaker I commissioned in London, brought together with existing assets and supporting footage into a single piece for the wider organisation. The staff profile films, made to support recruitment, showed why people enjoyed working at Everlight and living in Sydney — designed to give prospective staff a human read on culture and opportunity rather than a corporate one.
